Description: This role involves coordinating work cells, guiding junior PMs, and engaging in daily operations using Jira, ensuring the efficiency of an 8-person development team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work cells and ensure timely deliveries.
- Facilitate sprints, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Supervise and mentor junior PMs.
- Implement and uphold agile practices.
- Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks.
- Resolve impediments and enhance internal communication.
- Monitor and report progress to management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management/Scrum Master experience in tech environments.
- Proven leadership in medium to large teams and multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Jira.
