Sr Go Software Engineer

We're seeking a Backend Engineer to help advance software engineering through intelligent telemetry analysis. You will work on a platform that enables engineering teams to understand how code changes affect system behavior, improving change resilience and automating workflows through AI-powered feedback loops. Responsibilities -Develop high-performance backend services and distributed systems using Go. -Build AI-driven capabilities for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and natural-language interfaces. -Implement scalable data architectures, real-time data streaming, and telemetry-based automation. -Integrate with cloud providers and engineering tools. -Optimize reliability, performance, and resiliency for large-volume telemetry systems. Must-Haves -5+ years of backend experience with Go and distributed systems. -Strong understanding of high-performance and low-latency architectures. -Experience with real-time data processing or telemetry-based systems. -Background in workflow automation or orchestration systems. Nice-to-Haves -Experience working with AI/ML models or inference pipelines. -Knowledge of cloud integrations (AWS, GCP, Azure). -Familiarity with streaming frameworks or anomaly-detection tools. -Interest in developer productivity and engineering effectiveness tools.
