Data Engineer Senior

We are looking for a Data & AI Technical Lead for a 50-person tech company focused on App Development, Cloud & DevOps, and Data & AI. This role will drive the growth of the Data & AI vertical with strong technical leadership and business focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic and technical development of the Data & AI area
Work hands-on in projects: APIs, dashboards, architectures, models, and end-to-end solutions
Build and manage a multidisciplinary team (data/ML engineers and developers)
Support commercial efforts: pre-sales, client meetings, and opportunity identification
Ensure technical quality and best practices
Stay up to date with tools like LLMs, vector DBs, MLOps, etc.
Requirements:
5+ years in software development (ideally fullstack) and data/AI solutions
Experience in technical leadership and team management
Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, Python, SQL, Snowflake, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and deploying models to production
