Full Stack Developer Senior

We are seeking a Full-Stack Senior Engineer to join Upside’s fast-growing engineering team. You will play a central role in designing and delivering robust backend services and modern, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to complex, data-intensive applications and drive innovation in a product that’s redefining how companies make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities -Develop and maintain backend services using Python and the Django framework. -Build robust, scalable APIs and integrate with internal systems. -Implement frontend features using TypeScript and React, delivering interactive, data-driven UIs. -Participate in full-stack feature development: from design through deployment. -Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define workflows and user experiences. -Ensure code quality through unit/integration testing and documentation. Must-Have Qualifications -5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, strong in Python/Django. -Solid proficiency in TypeScript and React. -Demonstrated ability to work full-time and be available during PST hours. -Experience delivering production-grade, reliable, and well-tested code. -Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating with remote teams. -English language fluency for technical collaboration. Nice-to-Have -Experience with AI/ML, data-intensive applications, or attribution/analytics platforms. -Familiarity with state-management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand). -Backend skills such as data modeling, caching, performance tuning. -Any prior exposure to revenue attribution, B2B SaaS, or graph-based systems.
