Cloud Engineer Senior

We are currently looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong technical background in Azure to join a project for a client based in Los Angeles.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the client's cloud infrastructure, while contributing to the modernization and evolution of their technology platform.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build Azure infrastructure from the ground up.
• Manage Azure services, networking, security, and identity solutions.
• Implement best practices related to security, monitoring, availability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support regarding cloud adoption and cloud-native solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect, or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid knowledge of networking, security, identity management, and cloud services.
• Experience managing production environments in Azure.
• Experience working with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Conversational English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with infrastructure migration projects from on-premises environments to Azure.
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
